What to expect
If you want results, consistency is the key to your success. At Pro Fit, Hannah provides coaching to meet you where you are: if you are just a beginner and have no weights and need at home workouts, all the way up to an athlete performing for a competition or sport. Our coaching provides accountability, guidance, and most of all encouragement in reaching your goals.
You will have to log your workouts, check in with your coach either via messenger or call, have a beast attitude, and have some effort. We can handle the rest from there!! Our goal is to have you walking away from us feeling confident in the gym, and feeling the best you have in yourwhole life.
