When it comes to training, we can provide customized workouts all the way down to easy simple templates to follow for $10 a month. Wherever you are at in your fitness journey, we will be able to provide a solution for you to get you living a healthier lifestyle.

What to expect

If you want results, consistency is the key to your success. At Pro Fit, Kelsey provides coaching to meet you where you are: if you are just a beginner and have no weights and need at home workouts, all the way up to an athlete performing for a competition or sport. Our coaching provides accountability, guidance, and most of all encouragement in reaching your goals.

You will have to log your workouts, check in with your coach either via messenger or call, have a beast attitude, and have some effort. We can handle the rest from there!! Our goal is to have you walking away from us feeling confident in the gym, and feeling the best you have in yourwhole life.

Fitness Coaching

Our fitness coaching provides personalized workout plans tailored to your fitness level and goals, ranging from simple to advanced training.

Our 90 day weekly program includes:

  • Customized workouts
  • Weekly check ins with your coach
  • Daily video analysis
  • Weekly adjustments to your workouts based off your week prior performance
  • Video instruction to your movements you have programmed
  • 24/7 access to your coach for questions

Our 90 day monthly program includes:

  • 4 weeks of programming that are properly adjusted for you to have the proper successfrom week 1 to week 4
  • 2 check in calls for the month with your coach
  • Video instruction to your movements you have programmed
  • 24/7 access to your coach for questions

Custom program

We also have options for our more advanced athletes that just like being told what to do and want programming, but don’t need as many 1:1 times with a coach - we have everything you need and more here at Pro Fit.
