Where do I need to go for my lab draw?

Blood work will be done via a third-party local provider convenient to you. We will work with you to determine your preferred vendor and send our orders directly. In some cases, you may have the option for at-home/office phlebotomy for an additional fee.

Is this for athletes only?

Not at all. We serve entrepreneurs, executives, and busy parents who want to feel sharper and more resilient every day.

Do you test hormones and other markers?

Yes — we use advanced lab panels to assess testosterone, cortisol, thyroid, nutrient status, gut, genetics and more.

Will I receive a personalized protocol?
